Another successful event with 89 boxes of cherries ordered: 48 x 2 kg and 41 x 5 kg. The Rons cherries were picked and packed on the Friday and then collected from Young by our President on the Saturday (10th December) morning and delivered to the two distribution locations in Reid and Curtin. Those who ordered cherries collected them from the distribution locations the same afternoon between 2 and 4 pm. We received many compliments of the high standard of the freshly picked cherries. Thanks go to all involved in marketing the cherry fundraising to friends and others, managing the orders, collecting the cherries from Young, and distributing them. It is intended that it will be on again next year - December 2023.
